Located on Cape San Blas, Ocean Dunes Paradise is the perfect vacation spot! This home sleeps up to 8 people. Recently remodeled, this home has an outside shower, a wide driveway that has parking for at least 6 vehicles, 4 under the first floor out of the sun. The entrance way has a stairway that leads to the first level. The stairs are carpeted but the kitchen and living area has laminate flooring. The well stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator w/ice maker, oven and microwave, custom cabinets, and a long bar that seats 4 people. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and chair w/ottoman, there is also a 47' flat screen TV. Off the living room is the screened deck, rectangle outdoor table that seats 6.

Also, located on the first level is the spacious laundry room has a full sized washer/dryer and is equipped with laundry detergent. There is a full bathroom on this level, with double sinks, and full tub. The bedroom has a queen size bed, 32 inch TV and opens out onto the open deck on the first level.

The second level has the master bedroom and 3rd bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, master bath with double sinks, walk-in closet, and shower/tub combination. The master bedroom opens into the upper deck with additional seating and beautiful views of St. Joseph State Park and Barrier Dunes. The third bedroom is perfect for a family or the kids, there is a 32' flat screen tv and 2 twin beds. This bedroom opens onto an open deck to enjoy the stars or sunbathing. There is a full bath with shower/tub combination. Free Long Distance and Wi-Fi.

Ocean Dunes is located at the end of Cape San Blas and is less than 5 minutes from the St. Joseph State Park, a 2000 acre park that offers 3 miles of paved bike paths and 8 miles of beaches from the entrance to the tip of the Cape! There is also a boat launch called Eagle Harbor. The pristine St. Joe Bay offers snorkeling, jet skiing, boating and kayaking! A great way to enjoy Mother Nature at her best!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
