This condo sleeps 4 with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.

DISTANCE TO BEACH IS 0.3 miles. Beach entrance is right next to Pompano Joe's.

There are 2 SMART TV's (apps for Netflix, Hulu, etc. ) in each the Living Room and Master Bedroom for your enjoyment. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook a home cooked meal is also available.

Open your front door and you are steps to the uncrowded community pool and grilling area with picnic tables .

There is also a microwave, a coffee machine, tea kettle, a toaster, Keurig single use coffee machine and a blender. Washer and dryer in the bedroom, with a beautiful and chic KING sized luxury bed and luxury mattress (MLily Harmony 3.0).

Living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 comfy recliners! Plenty of spare blankets and comforters to cozy up!

Free parking is right outside the unit (SurfSong is not a high-rise) which is very convenient for loading and unloading!

There is also a patio, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee. Guest are welcome to use community pool and grilling area with picnic tables.

Checkin is at 3pm, but check with me first and I can usually get guests checked in a couple hours early dependent on cleaners schedule!

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
