• Reservations must be secured with a deposit of the first night's rent.

  • Reservations for 5 or more nights must be secured with a deposit of ½ of the reserved time.

  • Monthly rental deposit is 1/2 of one month's rent.

• Full Payment Is Due On Or Before Check In By Visa/Mastercard, Cash, No Checks.

• Cancellations are subject to a $25 fee (monthly - $100).  Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival date, and not re-rented, will result in loss of deposit (monthly - see conditions).

• No daily maid service

• Usual Check In Is 3 p.m.  -  Check out by 11 a.m.

• Non-smoking cottage (Not even in front of open door or windows)

• Additional persons - add $10 per person plus tax up to maximum allowed.

• All persons count as part of occupancy (including infants and children).

DO NOT RESERVE MORE NIGHTS THAN YOU PLAN TO STAY.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME RESERVED.
