Thank you for choosing to stay with us for your visit to Port Aransas. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your say more comfortable. We welcome your comments and hope you’ll return as well as recommend us to others.

PLEASE READ AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING POLICY AND CONDITIONS:

• Single persons must be at least 25 years of age to check-in or stay unless with parent or legal guardian. Married couples under the age of 25 years will be considered on an individual basis.
• Only Registered guests are allowed in cottages.
• The deposit is due within 3 days of making the reservation. Credit cards are preferred. Both the policy form and registration form must signed by the responsible registered person and received by management within 5 days of booking (or less due to time constraints based on arrival date). Monthly rentals require ½ of the first months rent as a deposit. Deposits are applied to balance upon arrival.
• Cancellations of daily rentals must be made two weeks prior to arrival, otherwise you are obligated for the nights we are unable to rent the cottage. A minimum of $25 will be charged for any cancellation. Cancellations of monthly rentals must be made prior to August 1st to receive a full refund less $100 fee. If cancelled August 1st or after deposit will be forfeited or if re-rented applied to satisfy any difference in rates.
• Our cottages are supplied with basic dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. We supply linens, a start-up supply of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags. You are responsible for additional needs. THERE IS NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. A certain number of towels are supplied (if you have chosen no discount). If you use more than one every other day per person you may need to bring your own towels. We do not supply towels for outdoor cooking, fishing, beach or related gear clean-up.
• Please do not take any items from the cottage to the beach or home with you. We do not furnish beach towels or beach chairs. Please check your feet for sand / tar before entering cottages. (There is baby oil under the bath sink for easier clean-up. Please do not use our towels and washcloths for this.)
• Help keep our rates down! Conserve water and electricity. Please don’t adjust the A/C below 70. Door MUST be kept closed when A/C is on or there will be an additional fee! Please do not use our water to wash your vehicle / boat. There are car washes and/or a rinse off station located in town for your convenience.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE COTTAGES. NO EXCEPTIONS! A REFRESHING FEE OF $150 WILL BE CHARGED TO THOSE WHO IGNORE THIS POLICY. (If you do smoke outside Please do not smoke in front of door or window with it open, smoke can drift into the cottage leaving an odor that will cause a refreshing fee to be charged. Do not drop your butts on the ground, DISPOSE OF THEM PROPERLY.
• DO NOT CLEAN FISH IN OR OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE. You can clean them at the city marina or public fishing piers. Please do not deposit any fish / bait remains in the trash. Take all of it to the ship channel.
• Before you check-out, Please ensure all of your garbage was sacked and put in the dumpster. All dishes need to be washed clean. A fee will be charged for excess cleaning or stained/soiled towels or missing/broken items if you do not leave the property and it’s contents in an acceptable condition. Trash containers are located street side to your respective cottage.
• Pets are NOT allowed! There will be a fee of $75 if pets are in cottages.
• Coastal Breeze Cottages reserves the right to refuse service.
• Check out is 11:00 a.m. Late Departures may incur a fee of $10 per fifteen minutes.
• All guests are to be made aware of these policies and conditions.
